Q: How long is the order processing time? A: We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Q: Will I be charged customs fees or duties? A: For orders, customs duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Q: What if I entered an incorrect shipping address? A: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Order cancellations are generally accepted provided the order has not yet been dispatched (shipped). However, we do not accept order cancellations over 24 hours after the order is confirmed. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@alalashopnow.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested or received after this period will not be accepted.
Q: How do I start a return? A: To start a return, please contact us at info@alalashopnow.com. We will then send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Q: What are the conditions for a return? A: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned? A: Yes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Q: Who pays for the return shipping costs? A: This depends on the reason for the return:
Seller Error (e.g., received wrong item, defective/damaged item): The Seller is responsible. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all costs.
Buyer's Remorse (e.g., item doesn't fit, no longer wanted, accidental order): The Buyer is responsible. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Q: What should I do if my item is damaged or defective? A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Q: Do you offer exchanges? A: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the return process), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Q: How long does the refund process take? A:
Return Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 1 business day of receipt.
Refund Timeline: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of the approval date.
Note: It can still take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us immediately at info@alalashopnow.com.
